| Fractal Modeling with Arbitrary Precision |
Fractal Modeling with Arbitrary Precision
February 6, 2007
Differences in GMP precision have been tested. Forcing output from gmpfloat_nogl.cpp to vary using several precisions between 3 and 80 have produced no change in roots that are found. However, it has been seen that there is a change in the data points themselves - they just always eventually find the same root.
When a precsion of 3 is used, GMP seems to be using a precision greater than that.

Webpage has put together in to keep code and notes accessable. An Observations page has been put together mainly for images, data files, and other notes on things that might be relavant to the discussion toward the end of the project
